We bought a property through Kenji and found him to be a breath of fresh air. Where a lot of real estate agents are pushy and very commission focussed Kenji is consistent, honest and genuinely wants what is best for both the vendor and the purchaser. The properties that he suggested to us were spot on for what we were looking for and we found the perfect one with his help. When we made an offer he was very transparent about the process and always available for questions and updates. Would highly recommend Kenji whether selling or buying.

From the start, we knew Alex was the only agent we wanted to sell our house. He was the dynamic and driving force of our campaign. He worked tirelessly & closely with his team to ensure our house was promoted to and seen by many people. Alex and his team stayed across everything that was happening in the market. He kept us fully informed about all interest shown in our house and worked his client database exhaustively, leaving "no stone unturned". Alex guided us extremely well along the way, he was always honest & up front with us and read the market really well. Even though the market began to dip during our campaign, we ended up with a really good result in the end, especially in comparison to other properties for sale in our area. We believe this was fundamentally due to the calibre of our house AND Alex being the agent we chose to sell our house.

We have recently sold a house in Clovelly, the second property we have engaged Alex and his team to sell for us. On both occasions they were fantastic, with both Alex and David Tyrrell working tirelessly to get the job done. They kept us informed of progress on a daily basis and offered frank, honest advice throughout. The assistance they provided in advance of the campaign to get our house ready for sale was invaluable, we probably still wouldnt be ready if it wasnt for Pru and the team advising and organising tradesmen and others to assist us.
