I had interviewed several agents before becoming the most comfortable with Daniel Cachia.Daniels knowledge on property condtions were clearly superiour to all of his competitors. He was all ways ava,on time & came to us with a marketing plan that was structured to enhance the value of our property. With in a short time our property was sold at a price above what we expected.I consider Daniel a trusted adviser, who will allways go that little bit further to make you happy.Take care Dean,Blue dragon investment group.

We selected Christian based on his clear strategy and approach to sell our property. We appreciated his very honest and genuine manner whenever dealing with us during the sale. The sale of our property went according to the plan Christian presented to us. Although we may have wished a higher result, given the current state of the property market in Sydney and sub 50% auction clearance rates, we are very happy with the result and feel we got the best possible result thanks to Christian. We highly recommend Christian as a quality real estate agent and one of the best operating in the Eastern Suburbs.
