We were looked after by Jason, Charlie and Jen and couldn't have asked for more. Professional, courteous, hard working and laser focused on getting us the result we wanted. Their skills complement each other and not once did we feel anything but fully informed, guided with skill and knowledge and completely supported. weekends, public holidays don't matter to the PPD team, they put us first. Wouldn't hesitate to unreservedly recommend that you engage them to market and sell your property.

Was immediately impressed with Charlie upon first meeting him. He's cuts an impressive figure. It's when talking to him though you get the sense this agent's going places. Polite and informative for buyers. Hard working and supportive for the vendors. We have no hesitation in recommending Mr Beaumont. He's what you want in an agent. Polite, confident, and above all friendly. I've dealt with a few agents in my time, and trust me when I say Charlie Beaumont is at the top.

A really fast and direct approach, lots of good recommendations on getting a better price, confidence inspiring. Used on recommendation of my brother and enjoyed a similarly excellent result. I have had other experiences with agents promising one price to get your business and then slowly winding back expectations from that point on. No such problems with Alex and his team.

Alex works very hard and communicates very well. We used him because we wanted to do a deal and not mess around. We were happy with the outcome.

From the very outset, Jason came across as knowledgeable, professional, at same time as low key - not too pushy! Leading up to my decision, his info/feed back was seemingly objective and not exaggerated. Once i pushed the button, his organisation sprung into action, and performed very professionally up till and after the sale/auction. Information flow was sufficient, and staff left a sense of me being in safe hands! I would not hesitate to use Jason and his team again, and would recommend them to anybody contemplating a sale of their property!

Daniel worked hard to support us in our change of direction and kept us in constant communication throughout the whole sales process. He has a strong understanding of the local market in terms of properties, buyer demographics and sales results in the area. I would recommend Daniel to all my friends as an Agent they can trust to look after their property.

The outcome with my property was an unconditional sale at a good price, so I am happy. The presale advice provided by Alex and his team on how to prepare and style the property I think was spot on and I followed it to the letter. I recall Alex said to me “spend the right money and you’ll get it back in the sale price” - he was right. They delivered the presale process in a thoroughly professional manner. Alex claimed the buyer would likely come from his data base of potential buyers and the fact that the property sold as it did after its 1st public opening says there was substance to this claim. Undoubtedly the underlying quality of the property and its location were key enablers, but so was the manner in which Alex leveraged potential buyers to close the transaction. I think it was the complementary skills of Alex and his team and the way they delivered for each other which helped to deliver the sale outcome, and I see this continuing through the post-sale process as well.

I have been eastern suburbs property market searching to buy for the last 8-10 months. During this time I met and had dealt with some interesting sales agents where the sales strategy/tactics taken were quite aggressive. It often felt like you were either on a wild goose chase and or being fluffed about in order to achieve a higher sales outcome. Rather the agent being up front and honest from beginning. However, in dealing with Doreen you got that sense the sales relationship was a "trusted" one and you could take confidence that Doreen was leading you the right direction with the vendor's sales expectation. You didn't feel your time was wasted with underhanded sales negotiation tactics and that for me the difference in making this sale a successful one. Cheers, Simon
