We are confident that we got the best possible price for our home. Aside from a bloated original estimate of the value, the process was fast and efficient and we were kept informed along the journey. Alex has a motivated and talented team and he understands the process and psychology of residential purchase exceptionally well.

Daniel Cachia recently sold a property in Randwick NSW for my family. Daniel was extremely professional and achieved an amazing result. He was organised and is an excellent communicator. I didn't have to chase him up for information during the inspection period as he was in constant contact with updates on the progress of the sale. He is easy going and tried hard to take the stress out of the difficult period of selling a property. He supplied written reports weekly helping us along the journey to auction day. I have been very impressed with Daniel and his sale team members.

We wish to thank and acknowledge Jason Pantzer and his team at PPD for their professional and courteous manner for making us (Brian and Glenda Carver from Western Australia)feel very important to them. Jason and his highly trained staff could not have done more for us. From the very beginning, when they became our Property Managers, they promptly addressed and attended to any concerns we may have had. Our decision to engage Jason to sell our property in Sydney came without hesitation. We had an overseas trip booked and we were told to go and enjoy it as Jason and his team would take care of everything, and which they did . We could not believe how quickly the property sold ,and most importantly,at a price much much higher than we expected. At no time during the negation were we put under any pressure and emails and phone calls were answered to our complete satisfaction. Once Again we would like to Thank you very Much Jason for everything you have done for us to receive a Fantastic Result. Brian and Glenda Carver. Perth. Western Australia

I found Daniel myself when I chose to sell my property. He already was known to me through his active marketing in the Randwick area. I went to his office and interviewed him before I made any decisions. I found him to be candid, well informed and easy to talk to. I selected him to be my agent immediately and did not bother to talk to any other agents. From that time Daniel and I had a close working relationship till the great day we had. at auction. On the first inspection and a weekday at that, there were over 40 groups through the property. Daniel has great connections throughout the Eastern suburbs real estate community. He is well presented with a friendly manner and completely open and approachable. The property sold under the hammer in under one minute for well over the reserve price !! I recommend Daniel most highly and and without hesitation to any prospective client.

Debbie and Nick did a great job selling my house. They were a pleasure to deal with and made the whole process so easy. Their follow up was first class and they treated both the vendor and purchaser with great respect. I would highly recommend them to any friends who want an honest, reliable, relaxed and hard working team that deserve their accolades of recently being awarded NSW Agent of the Year and Australian Agent of the Year!!
