We completed both a purchase and sale with the help of Charlie and were very happy with the outcome of both. Our initial contact was via an open house where Charlie was helpful providing information and follow up. We ended up purchasing the property prior to auction working with Charlie on an outcome that was suitable for all parties. As we had a good experience with the purchase we decided to use PPDRE for our apartment sale. We were on a tight timeline and Charlie and team were very quick in getting property ready and bringing in potential purchasers. In the end we sold our place in 5 day from advertising during the xmas break We were very happy with the outcome and work completed to get what we wanted.
