We were considering selling about 4 years ago and Doreen kept in touch the whole way though.. not in an annoying way..We thought we'd take it further and she brought some buyers through for consideration of our home but we decided not to go ahead. Move forward 4 years later and we have recently gone to auction with a price $250k over our reserve. Doreen guided us the whole way though the sales cycle including the preparation of our home for sale but never going overboard and was mindful of our budget. We achieved a great sale result and she explained the auction process and strategy; we were also kept informed throughout the inspection time of 4 weeks in regards to potential buyers. I highly recommend Doreen and her colleague Will Hotson for selling property in Sydney's eastern suburbs. Her local knowledge of the properties and buyers is second to none.
