We have had the pleasure of knowing Anthony for several years as he had sold other property for us. Each time he was most helpful and we felt fulfilled his brief to get us what we felt was probably the best possible outcome. He also appears to work in both a friendly and business like manner making everyone feel at ease with his negotiations.

Daniel Cachia was a pleasure to do business with on our property sale. His open communication, knowledge of buyers and the market, and ability to negotiate and close a favourable sale on our home was first rate. We really appreciated that he worked with us to get the best possible result. Daniel guided us through the campaign with professionalism and dedication. The entire sale process went smoothly and Daniel's level of communication and responsiveness was outstanding. We would definitely use him again in the future.

Sean is an exceptional agent-professional, thorough, responsive and always catering to our needs. He managed to make a typically tedious sale process more enjoyable and rewarding for us. I highly recommend Sean to anyone buying or selling in the east.

We first met Daniel in 2009 when we were considering either selling or renovating our home in Isabella Street Queens Park. Daniel was impressive in our dealings at that time and when we decided to renovate the property he was completely understanding. In 2015, with two children now in tow, we decided to sell the property and Daniel was the only Agent we considered. His service is excellent and he is well supported by Renee and the entire team at PPD. We are happy to discuss this further with any prospective Vendors.

Danial Cachia was extremely professional throughout the whole process of selling our home, and a pleasure to deal with, from our intial meetings right through to auction. He kept me informed of every development, was available at all hours, was incredibly transparent and did a brilliant job of marketing the property. Daniel is clearly passionate about real estate and has an astute awareness of the market. He is also great with people and manages to form firm relationships with vendors and purchasers alike. I would not hesitate to use Daniel in the future and would sincerely recommend him to any prospective vendor.

Daniel proved an excellent mentor and 'go to guy' when I sold my house recently. Firstly he provided an accurate reading of the market and provided good advice as to what level of maintenance and improvements were necessary before placing the property on the market. His team were very efficient throughout the marketing process keeping me up to date with progress at all times. Finally he proved extremely adept at negotiating a good pre-auction sale of the property.

My first impressions of Daniel were that he was extremely hard working and persistent. He clearly knew the area and market and has the ability to develop a successful rapport with his client and buyers. I chose Daniel to be my agent because I knew he would work hard at finding the best buyer for me. I wasn't disappointed and was thrilled with outcome of the sale. I would recommend Daniel without hesitation.
