Debbie was chosen after much homework done by my son and myself as we had not achieved a very satisfactory result previously. We felt some "female " touch may benefit us but we were also aware of her long term history of success in Queens Park. Also timely praise from significant neighbours helped us to make our final choice. At the auction time, she, I felt dealt with edgy and anxious clients well. Considering our home did not have every appeal to many buyers, we feel it was a very good result and we are grateful to Debbie and her assistants especially Nick Quilkey to whom nothing seemed any trouble. Achieving a record price for a unit in the block is really quite impressive. And to get that result we were guided through a small make over including the arranging of a decorator to provide temporary furnishings.Made it all so easy to present the apartment at its best and what a result. Great communicator and when it came to final negotiations with buyer gave clear advice. Could not recommend highly enough.

She's always available, knows exactly where you're at in the selling process, and is determined to hunt down the best price possible - all while being very personable and utterly professional. Her assistant Will was also great with going the extra mile to keep everything running smoothly. I was really impressed with the marketing collateral put together by PPD; it was the perfect description of my property and far better than other marketing I've seen for similar properties.
