An energetic, professional team - obvious experts in how to get a great result. Provided accurate guidance, never made you feel pressured, feel very honest responsive, keeps you informed and charged a very fair commission. Very happy with my experience

Debbie priced the property well compared with nearby properties and negotiated honestly to secure a good deal for all parties. She worked quickly to get the deal done and i felt comfortable that she wasn't going to play games. She facilitated an early viewing before the property went to market but at no point did i feel that she was taking advantage of our obvious interest to raise the price higher. A pleasure to deal with. I'd absolutely recommend anyone looking to buy or sell in Bundeena to talk to Debbie first.

Tristan is a super good guy, and probably one of the best agents covering the Kensington area. I had a challenging apartment to sell, and on my second attempt to sell, Tristan did a fantastic job to extract the best offer available in a challenging market. Tristan is honest, and very responsive. He will give you direct, honest advice but also wise to manage the sale process to get the best outcome for your sale. I would strongly recommend Tristan as a sales agent, good bloke.

We were working on a tight timeframe as we had exchanged on a new property and needed to sell our current place before settlement. We had met with various agents but Daniel was, by far, the most professional and confident. His professionalism and confidence really paid off and Daniel delivered a result which was far better than we expected. We sold within less than two weeks! Throughout the campaign, Daniel was always on, responded to our messages and calls quickly and always kept us updated. Thank you so much Daniel, and team. You really made us feel like we were being looked after and we are over the moon with the outcome!

Debbie and PPD gave us great advice pre listing, ensured our house was in peak condition once on the market and certainly was able to attract a crowd. We sold within four days at a price above our reserve and expectations so could not be happier.
