Daniel and the PPD team set themselves apart by knowing the eastern suburbs market better than anyone - price and buyers. We also utilised their database of tradies and stylists (Bower Bird Interiors) to ensure our home looked the best it could. We have bought and sold thru PPD 5 times now and the experience is always excellent. Thanks Daniel!

Christian sold my house achieving expected price in just over 10 days. Importantly every step in the sales process was smooth and well organized. My experience with Christian and his term was absolutely positive. Christian has a deep understanding of the real estate market. When he says he can sell your property for a target price, he really means it. From the time we signed the sales contract, he would arrange all necessary steps to get your property sold in a timely manner. He provided me with detailed feedback promptly and proactively so that I know about the progress of the sale. In addition, Christian is a decent and honest person who has supper level of communications. He is only can effectively talk to the buyers, but also able to make vendor very comfortable wanting to treat him as a friend. In short, I recommend wholeheartedly Christian and his team to all property owners who want to look for a good and reliable agent.

Sean was very proactive in winning our business and this continued throughout the sales campaign. He managed to take the buyer from a low bid up to a number we were satisfied with before the auction. It was a hassle free and satisfying experience.
