We recently sold our property in Bundeena through Debbie. We could not recommend Debbie highly enough as we got honest advice that was backed up by sales evidence and a very fast sale. Initially unsure if we wanted to sell, Debbie was not pushy to get the listing, rather let us know that there were interested parties. Once we decided to go ahead, Debbie quickly had genuine buyers viewing within a day and updated us on each viewing so we always knew how the process was going. We sold before even getting photos taken which saved on advertising costs and avoided the stress of open houses. Alex rejected offers that were higher than the end sale amount. He didn't get the offers in writing. He blamed the client for not being able to sell coastal Sydney property in 'Clovelly's best street' He was asked to not put the end sales price online... but did so after settlement because 'once it settle I (the seller) have no control'.... Total lack of respect for his clients wishes Once things went wrong Alex sought to blame everyone but himself... and yet what was clear as day is that he misread the market. The questions is when selling your house/property, can you afford to use an agent like this? I would steer clear.
