A Gentleman Who Performs
There is an air of quiet competence about Alex Phillips, which is no illusion. He has a team of marketers who clearly knew their function. It worked like clockwork. Alex has a pragmatic view of the market, and gets results. He tells it as it is. Our terrace was sold within three weeks. Vince, one of PPD's sales executives, is same style. Exceptional Team - Alex is the best in the business
Alex and his team are a well oiled machine. I signed up with them on the Tuesday, had a team of people through my house on the Thursday, went live on the Friday and sold 9 days later. I felt very supported through the whole process. Alex rang me every day (sometimes twice) to keep me informed and up date every step of the way. And, got me the price I wanted. If you are thinking of signing up with Alex.. don’t hesitate!

Professional and Genuine - Easy to deal with
I recently purchased a home for a client of mine through Thomas Heath from PPD. It wasnt the first time I had purchased from Thomas so I knew what to expect, and it was a similar experience to the last time.Thomas was very thorough in his knowledge of the property he was selling, he went out of his way to provide access as required, and most importantly he was very clear and responsive during negotiations, which made it easy for my client to make a big purchasing decision.
