Being interstate and unable to meet face to face, I had to use Open Agent, Rate-My-Agent and other various means to find an active and efficient agent to sell my 2009 investment unit. Haynes stood out from the rest and provided me with the confidence he could achieve what he spelled out to do. Thru his network of people, the unit was prepared and stages correctly. The video link sent to me presented the unit in absolute pristine condition and we knew then that he could maximum our returns as promised. Even with Covid restrictions he was active in doing multiple one on one walk thru. Haynes had offers on day one that he rejected on our behalf as an entry offer.
