In recent months Alex and his team have been invaluable assisting with the preparation and eventual sale of my late sisters unit at Randwick. My late sister had actually requested we engage Alex when it was time to sell. What could have been a very daunting experience was made a smooth, quick process. Even recently Alex was invaluable helping negotiate the purchase of a unit for my other sister. I look forward to working with Alex when it is time to sell another unit. Alex’s associate, Pru Kelly, deserves a special mention. She is incredible.

I approached Alex and his team to list my Coogee property in Jan 2021, as the agency had sold a previous property for me with amazing results, a few years earlier. The latest sale was quite rushed, as we had already purchased another property but still wanted to get the best price available. Working seamlessly together with Alex and his dedicated team, we made sure the house was ready for market in just under a week, and we sold pre-auction in 6 days for an amount that exceeded our expectations. Doreen reminds me of Vera (BBC Detective) She understand there is a buyer (murderer) out there, And works hard to uncover them, and close the sale (case). With out being to "pushy" If you watch Vera you'll see what I mean. I'm glad she was working for me and not for the other side. Definitely no hesitation in using Doreen again.
