We have already posted our comments about the most incredibly smooth (& help-filled) purchase I’ve ever had - (Thanks Brenton & Team) So ; THIS TIME we would like to review AFTER-PURCHASE SERVICE & Tenant placement & Tenant/Owner/Body Corp relationships & communication - Once again, FIRST CLASS, right from the start. The ‘Rental Team’ is run by Lisa, Mark, Morgan & Megan. Their service was & still is extraordinary. No questions, task or challenge was too hard. The first most impressive action was to find us a tenant; These guys started looking for QUALITY tenants, even way before our settlement day. And as for making sure we were getting QUALITY tenants; I could hardly believe the application & their process. They totally had our best interests at heart, but also were extremely courteous & invested in the needs & desires of the new tenants as well. I was just so highly impressed with how ‘Place’ did all of the background, references, income & stability checks. I’ve never seen it done any better. By the end of the process, we were extremely comfortable with the tenants & the entire Place’s Rental Team gave us huge peace of mind regarding the tenants being able to meet their rental price, but their ability to keep on paying the rent in the face of the Covid uncertainty.
