We looked through a couple of properties and came across one that suited our needs. Mark, the agent from Place arranged everything and it went as smooth as velvet. Place staff and contact was great and we are happy to say, we have a lovely place to live. Thanks Place!

I cannot thank Lisa Perruzza from Place Bulimba enough. She went above and beyond to help us obtain the ideal rental we had been looking for. Corresponding with us to determine exactly our needs and wants for our new property, she was truly on our side in making it happen and placing us in our perfect home. Could not recommend her, and the team, more.

Brenton From ‘Place Real Estate’, Bulimba, was our first person of contact with ‘Place Bulimba’ & without doubt BRENTON & HIS TEAM are 100%, THE BEST Real Estate Agents I’ve ever worked with. We have already posted our comments about the most incredibly smooth (& help-filled) purchase I’ve ever had - (Thanks Brenton & Team) So ; THIS TIME we would like to review AFTER-PURCHASE SERVICE & Tenant placement & Tenant/Owner/Body Corp relationships & communication - Once again, FIRST CLASS, right from the start. The ‘Rental Team’ is run by Lisa, Mark, Morgan & Megan. Their service was & still is extraordinary. No questions, task or challenge was too hard. The first most impressive action was to find us a tenant; These guys started looking for QUALITY tenants, even way before our settlement day. And as for making sure we were getting QUALITY tenants; I could hardly believe the application & their process. They totally had our best interests at heart, but also were extremely courteous & invested in the needs & desires of the new tenants as well. I was just so highly impressed with how ‘Place’ did all of the background, references, income & stability checks. I’ve never seen it done any better. By the end of the process, we were extremely comfortable with the tenants & the entire Place’s Rental Team gave us huge peace of mind regarding the tenants being able to meet their rental price, but their ability to keep on paying the rent in the face of the Covid uncertainty. These guys at ‘Place Bulimba’ truly are First Class. Very impressed.

Moved to Place Bulimba after a very difficult relationship with previous agent. I was impressed by the professional and persistent help I received from Lisa and her team.

Lisa is setting new standards in the way Property Management should be done. Great communication and surrounded by a strong and ethical team. I have a new bright tenant for my Apartment in Bulimba and this positive experience has made me rethink and act on another property I have that is being badly managed by Belle Manly Brisbane. Lisa will take responsibility for that home also.

Hi Place Team, I would like thank the Place crew for helping us finding a rental property. It has been a long process with many visits, Pros & Cons, Applications, yes/no decisions, and also advice from you guys. We are now very pleased that we have found the place that ticks most of the boxes and we are very much looking forward to moving in soon. A special "Thanks" to Mark Hough for going above and beyond his role and for being so patiente with us. He even went to the extend of calling another real estate agency who we had an apllication pending approval in trying to get a response and help us moving forward. Really appreciate your help Mark! I learned from your assertiveness. I have a bottle of French champagne (named after my son "Marcel") which we will bring to your office in between boxes... ;-) All the best and looking forward to liaising with Megan, our property manager, moving forward. Thanks a lot, Seb & Marcel.

Lisa Perruzza and her team were amazing, from our first meeting through to the letting of my property. I found her experience, approach and support compelling and reassuring. Strong on communication throughout the whole process and selecting high calibre tenants, it ensured my first time letting my home was an excellent experience. It is my pleasure to recommend Lisa, Mark and the Team at Place.

My housemate and I had a great rental application experience with Mark. Mark was professional, easy to work with and responsive with our questions and requests. Really great experience all round.

I live in far away from my rental property, so it's critical that I have a proactive team to rent and look after my property. My property was rented the first weekend it was open, and the vetting of the new tenant was swift and comprehensive. Some minor repairs needed attention and the team quickly and efficently sorted them all. I highly recommend Place Estate Agents - Nothing is too much trouble and it's all done with a smile. Without question, the very best agency I've used.
