I spent quite some time researching and watching agents to see which agents truely preform. Lots claim too but are they selling under the price expectations. Shane gave an honest and knowledgeable insight into how our property would be perceived by potential buyers. His price range was spot on and so we didn't need to be "managed down". When things weren't going perfectly he didn't panic just adjusted his approach as he read the market and we ended up selling at a price we were more then happy with. We move a few properties each year but mid to high end and Shane will continue to be our agent. I trust him!!
