Buying our new family home through Meagan was very personalised yet professional. Experiencing a transaction of any type of property can be very stressful and anxious however, when dealing with Meagan, we did not feel uncomfortable or out of the loop at any stage. After dealing with other real estate agents I found Meagan’s approach to selling my property and her ability to listen to my requirements exceptional. Some agents do not listen whereas Meagan does and she acts on the sellers best interest and instructions. I cannot recommend Meagan Muir and her team from Place Real Estate highly enough. From the first inspection to settlement their service was professional, empathetic and responsive. We were provided relevant information to ensure our decision was market driven and if we had any questions they were answered genuinely - We have not found this to be the case with many other agents we endured in our purchasing process. Meagan assisted us through the auction process to ensure that we understood our responsibilities and they way it would be conducted.
