Great buying experience with Rachel
Rachel has helped from day one, right from making it open to view on off times to the final sell. The most part I liked is the communication, very clear and prompt without any ambiguity. She seems to care about benefit of both buyer as well seller. Being a first home buyer, the process was unknown to me. Above & Beyond.
Kristie was the agent selling my investment property. It was a huge rush for me to get it ready for the home open which was on the 1st weekend of our holidays away. After the successful home open were out of mobile coverage but Kristie sent an SMS that was able to get through. I think it was a couple of days before I got the SMS so I drove to the Telstra tower to contact her. Kristie told of the good news of securing a cash offer higher than the asking price & they were willing to wait for subdivision to go through. That's when Ray took over & chased up all the hiccups & hold ups to try to get the subdivision done as soon as possible. He even contacted my bank & saved me having to pay a valuation fee on the remaining property I was keeping. Together they were a dynamic team getting the best price & easy as possible sorting everything for hand over. Huge Thanks.

House Renovation and Sale
We selected Kristie as our renovation and sale agent as she had been instrumental in managing our property as a rental. We discussed our sales approach and agreed to renovate - what had been our family home + rental over a 10-year period. This was to give buyers the satisfaction of knowing that they could move into the property and not be concerned with disruptions to bring the property back to a stylish and modern level. The renovations included new entrance doors, repainting inside and out, modernizing all electric switches and fittings, new carpeting where required and new window treatments to all rooms. We trusted her in her choices of colour and style and were extremely satisfied with the final outcome. Feedback from potential buyers confirmed our view that the work accomplished had set our home apart from others that were on the market at the same time. Her professionalism, organisation of trades and dedication was exemplary, and we would recommend Kristie to anyone seeking to sell or renovate their own house.

A-grade experience: Very good communication and strategy
Rachel was a friendly, astute and highly competent sales agent with very good communication and feedback on home opens and potential leads. Importantly, Rachel was upfront in advising on changes to strategy which included the monitoring of other local competition. We were selling up against the Xmas/NY period, so this was particularly important for us. The negotiation communication process once under offer was exceptional. Rachel also didn't disappear once the offer was accepted and worked towards a tight settlement date that was over the Xmas/NY period. We would 100% use Rachel again.
