We chose Allan from Seaview Realestate to sell our house recently. We couldn’t have been more happy. The advert went live on a Friday, first inspection and offer was on the Monday, and the contract is now unconditional. I chose Allan as we bought the house through him 5yrs ago and his service and dedication to ensuring happy customers on both sides (Purchaser and Seller) was absolutely fantastic. When we bought, we were only in town for two days and Allan was able to arrange a number of inspections for us over that two day period, at reasonably short notice. He has great knowledge of the area and is very open and honest with both parties in my experience. Very highly recommended whether buying or selling.
