Tegan McGillicuddy of PRD has been my Anna Bay property manager for the last 2 years and has provided service that is second to none. Excellent communication, always follows up phone calls and emails and works hard to get the best market based rent. The condition reports from the regular property inspections are very well photographed and documented, so I have peace of mind that the property is being looked after. Also, the way she handled a recent break lease and bond dispute was very professional and efficient, resulting in the best possible outcome for me.
