Very good service and an excellent and fast sale.
Dane presented well, gave us good advice about the marketing strategy and was in regular contact with us throughout the process. He also helped us have a realistic view of the offers that were made and we were very happy with the result. The final offer was received about one and a half weeks after the property was listed and it proceeded to exchange with no issues.

Wonderful.
Dane took on the responsibility of marketing and selling our home in the worst possible circumstances. The market was flat and the Banking Royal Commission result had been concluded 12 months earlier. The banks were not lending. Dane found a buyer and we exchanged contracts four weeks after his appointment. ( At our expected price, a record for our street ). He was professional, competent, knows his market inside out and kept us informed at all times. We could not be happier. We wish him every success in the future and would not hesitate to refer him to friends or family considering selling.

I had met Dane a few times previously at open for inspections and I was impressed by his acumen, his knowledge of the market and his 'can do' attitude. When I engaged him he was very pro-active with his advice even before I went to market. He was very efficient and totally focused on the sale and whilst his marketing campaign was in my view somewhat expensive it was very effective and I am sure it contributed substantially to a successful outcome. I would certainly recommended Dane to anybody seeking to sell their property.
