Dane is the top agent in Nelson Bay, and this is for a very good reason. Not only is he aware of market trends but has a brilliant working knowledge of Nelson Bay. He also has an excellent marketing strategy in place with very effective results. Add to this a person who goes out of their way to help you, by this I mean; helping me organise a tradie and a painter at very short notice and for a great rate also lending me his pressure cleaner when mine had broken down (not knowing me previously until I met him as my agent). He also responded very quickly to all my phone calls and called me with every progress. I placed my house on the market on the 4/11/2018, it was under contract on 8/11/2018, unconditional on the 11/11/2018 and settlement occurred in the 27/11/2018...so under one month in total also at $18,000.00 above asking price! I could not have found a better agent to sell my house in the area I was in, I cannot speak highly enough of not only his professionalism but also how personable he is.
