Well calculated result.
Dane handled all phases of the sale with professional ability. I'm sure the purchaser would be of like mind. The deal was fair and in accord with the current market. Prompt and Reliable
We had a really positive experience purchasing property through Dane and Ryan at PRDnationwide Port Stephens. Dane is the most prompt and reliable agent we have come across and he was always available if we had questions. His high credibility is not only a result of his extensive knowledge of the property market but also his honesty and good character. Dane takes the time to understand his clients and what they are looking for and finds the right property to suit their needs. Ryan was also a pleasure to work with. He was always available to meet with us onsite and was very punctual, approachable and easy to communicate with. Ryan has a great knowledge of the market and provided valuable advice. Our stay was most enjoyable. Our room 628 has a great view of river and local elology.

Outstanding agent
Dane was outstanding for the sale of our house. He listened to what we wanted and worked very hard to achieve the best price for out house and all within 3 days of hitting the market. Dane was always available to offer advice and calm those nerves when ever we needed. It was so reassuring knowing that we could contact Dane at any time - it really helped to ease the stress of selling our home.
