I have dealt with Dane on many occasions. On the first occasion it was in regards to a purchase of a property in Anna Bay. Dane help me through the whole process and negotiations which ended in a smooth and successful purchase.Then I decided to rent the property he also advised and help with that also with effortless results.When I decided to sell Dane was back to the rescue sold at good price and got it sold very quickly. Then in a short period I decided to buy again so I contacted Dane again.He found me another beautiful property in Nelson Bay and negotiated a very good price he knew exactly what I wanted and what would suit my taste he was right on the ball first property he took me to I bought he showed me some others but he which one was for me he has a natural ability for matching people to properties. Again I rented the property out with the help and advice from him again very satisfied and hassle free.Due to family problems I had to sell my beautiful home Dane to the rescue he advised me of the price we got and was sold within 24hours great negotiation skills. He is a fantastic agent he kept me updated all the time would contact well after hours and on weekends never there was no such thing as businesses hours for him.Might I also add this all happened long distance as I was living in Sydney.
