Dane and Ryan were always available. Even well after normal business hours. I really appreciated this as they were always there to answer lots of questions when we asked them. Selling my own house at the same time as buying this house, I have to say I really respected the way Dane and Ryan represented their clients best interests, while at the same time helped orchestrate a mutually suitable deal. I was not so lucky with my own agents, whom I felt were more interested in working for the buyer. I respect Dane and Ryan's integrity. When the deal was done and we started moving into our new home, we received a beautiful gift hamper, which again, I think is indicative of their level of service and character. Dane is an excellent operator. I have dealt with him on many occasions for either the purchase or sale of property in the Nelson Bay area. We would recommend Dane because he is serious about selling property. The same day as the house was listed, Dane had 2 inspections and one of those couples bought the property for a record price. It would seem that Dane has a que of purchasers on his data base. Dane also has an assistant named Ryan who is very professional and helpful which frees Dane up to get the house sold.
