Dane and his staff were very helpful in the purchase of our property. Dane said he saw his role as being to bring together the buyer and seller and find that place that was helping both. Dane’s market knowledge and experience certainly helped us understand the market value of the property, which got us to offering the price that was successful. Although at all times respecting our own understanding of the amount we were comfortable to offer. Dane was very patient in giving us the time to take on his advice. He gave us recent sales data and detailed property insights to understand why properties, that on paper looked similar, achieved markedly different outcomes, and how that related to the our property. Assistance was provided prior to the auction, during the auction, and in determining our final offer. He also worked very hard with the vendor to align their expectations with the current market. We had never participated in an auction before and appreciated the guidance provided. We are very excited about our purchase and would definitely recommend Dane and his company.
