Jay worked quite hard for the sale of the property and he did communicate regularly. I did not fully agree with the marketing strategy but did agree to go with his advice as I felt he would have the experience. It did sell in a reasonable amount of time so am quite happy with the outcome. I fully understand a property is only worth what someone will pay for it.

Truly outstanding. Dane set realistic expectations, was always professional and kept us updated throughout the process. What stood out for us, was despite being so highly rated in the industry, he was still prepared to go out of his way to assist with the small tasks such as picking up keys in Hornsby and even helping put bins out.
