We are from Melbourne. We spent time in Fingal Bay on a holiday with the intent of finding and purchasing a property in 11 days. I know, I know. But in my defence I had been watching the property market for awhile because I eventually would love to live there. We missed out on a lovely property, not with PRD and that gave us an idea of the rise in temperature for good properties in the market. We first met Ryan at another property, and I was impressed with his genuineness. But I don’t think that’s a word, but it is now! We didn’t get to see the property we eventually purchased because it had just come on the market. So I flew up the next weekend (using points). Ryan bent over backward for us, there were a few disasters with flights which meant I only had a window of about an hour. I looked at the property and it was just what I wanted. We secured the purchase, but without Ryan’s constant availability for me to talk to him when I needed to and his pro active attitude kept me informed and everything was so easy. PRD are the full deal. Everything from building and other reports and finance and conveyancing was covered. Which is soooooooooo helpful when you live in another state. I guess this is a bit long, but I’m so happy that we purchased through PRD. And Ryan. No offense Dane🤗 I’m sure you would have done an equally amazing job😊 So I’m very happy with our purchase and very happy with PRD
