Dane and Erin were very good they made us feel relaxed and confident with the price expectations and the house. As we do not live local it seemed to make no difference with communications and paperwork. We got $45,000 more than we were expecting and a price was agreed with the purchaser within one hour of the advertising going on line, which saved us some of the costs.
