Dane has never given up on the sale of our property, in a changing market and with other waterfront properties selling below market value through his competitors, not only did Dane help us as a project manager while I was not able to be there to help get the property ready for sale, he stepped in and managed gardening, landscaping, painting and a lot of the time he came after hours to help himself.
