Feedback after every Open Home inspection was clear and concise. Knowing they were in touch with interested parties each week was great. Loved the idea of all the PRD agents coming through the property to inspect. This actually could have been done a lot earlier, maybe week 1 as we sold our home in the end with another PRD agents client after only a short time. Would recommend them to other friends to sell their home.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dane , Erin and the whole team at PRD Nelson Bay. The whole experience from the first consultation was extremely professional and seamless. There market knowledge was extensive and there treatment of both the buyer and seller was extremely respectful. They went above and beyond for both parties during the transaction. I really liked the advertising. I showed it to my family and they all wanted to pitch in and buy the property themselves! The photos made it look fabulous. The sale was quicker than I expected and was above the price I expected. Good follow up service: a bit of above and beyond what was required.
