When I was lucky enough to win the auction he quickly congratulated me, as did his associate, Jack Gair. He made my husband and I feel so special after our successful bid won us the property by having a little party for ourselves and the vendors with champagne to celebrate the occasion. He also presented both myself and the vendor with a spectacular gift. Tim knows how to treat his clients. The vendors have known him for some time and were obviously thrilled to have him as their agent. I would thoroughly recommend Tim to anyone seeking to buy a property. We couldn’t be happier!
