My wife and I have dealt with many real estate agents over the years. Primarily those involved with the buying and selling of hotels. We have come across a full range of agents from very poor to exceptional. Tim is exceptional. We live in Lemon Tree Passage and Tim sold 3 houses in the very street that we live in, all at prices that that were far in excess of what could be expected. Tim has attention to detail, he kept us up to date during the promotion campaign which bubbled along and as interest heightened, the auction process conducted by a professional auctioneer, produced an exceptional price.
