Dane and his team put together an outstanding marketing campaign and all looked to be going very well until the world as we know it ended with the Covid 19 virus pandemic the resulting severe government restrictions on many commercial activities, including cancellation of all Auctions (2 days before we were due to hold an auction for our property). Dane however never lost sight of the goal and was able to find a buyer from those that had indicated interest during the marketing campaign. While the price was a little lower than we had hoped for it was reasonable given the circumstances and so we accepted the offer and due to Dane's persistence against the odds we got a result that we are happy with.

I interviewed a couple of agents before deciding who would list my property. I found Tim to be enthusiastic, knowledgeable, honest and well presented. Tim was aggressive with his sales approach having an open day every week until the unit was sold. The property was listed often in the local paper and had a high profile online. The unit had its unique challenges in regard to which buyer would buy the unit but despite this Tim sold the unit in 2 months which was a credit to him.
