BUBBLY personality which eased the underlying tensions with one of the biggest undertakings one makes within the minimum of time to explore the consequences. Therefore, trust and integrity are valued and appreciated. Fay maintained sincere and regular contact and advocated justifiably on our behalf, which I do believe her style ensured our request was met without any discomfort or ensuing conflict of interest with the seller. Fay had the additional role of dealing with the family as the transaction was a joint procedure between my daughter and we the parents in Melbourne, whilst the sale conducted in Canberra. The contractual obligations differ significantly between states and Fay helped us negotiate unfamiliar territory with ease. The continuity was faultless. Not only was he available and active before sale, he was always ready to help after sale. There came a period where we were in a deep issue with bank and loan, and Sohail was out of country in his vacation. Even while he was away, he made sure to call us and made sure of our well-being and gave us valuable advise.
