Perfection at the highest!
I was asked by one of my Legacy widows who was transferred from Hobart to Low Head nursing home to source a reliable real estate agent to sell her home. I previously had used Kevin Spaulding to sell my property and i was very satisfied with the outcome and Kevin's positive attitude. I needed a person who had compassion and empathy with elderly people and who could tolerate repeat questions from the elderly owner. Kevin fitted the bill perfectly. This was not an ordinary sale. There were three people involved, myself, the owner and the real estate agent. The sale of her home could have been a stressful and worrying experience for her but Kevin kept the communication open and the daily updates made this journey an enjoyable experience not stressful one. The advice he gave us to set the home up for sale was more than helpful. This was due to Kevin's vast experience in the real estate industry. Kevin listed the home on a Wednesday, open home Saturday and it was sold the following week. Before all the documents were delivered to the relevant solicitors Kevin made a road trip from Hobart to Low Head to meet the owner and make sure that she was happy with the result. I received a phone call from my Legacy widow to inform me that she had met Kevin and what a lovely gentleman he was. She was over whelmed that Kevin had driven all that way to give her the good news and sale results. To me that is perfection at the highest order. Professional and very knowledgeable of the market

Knows his stuff. Very busy.
Market knowledge is very sound. Did not return calls when asked and always seemed to be in dead zones to communicate. Frustrating. No reply to emails very frustrating sometimes. He’s a great closer and will do things his way. Never offered to introduce the buyer even to communicate transfer so I’m not sure if I’d use him on my next sale.
