Chadd and Veronica did a really good job in assisting with the selling of our property. They actioned promptly, provided updates regularly, high transparency. We were impressed by how Veronica and Chadd brought 3 groups of potential buyers in just 2 days after contacting them. They worked really hard throughout the entire process. Thank you.

My experience with Veronica Perez was positive overall. Although things didn’t go exactly as expected at the start, she worked hard to achieve a great result in the end. I appreciate her persistence and professionalism throughout the process.

Veronica and Ben were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the market. Throughout the process, Ben provided consistent, excellent feedback on the state of the sale. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy or sell!

Veronica & her team did a fantastic job achieving the sale of a challenging property. They kept us regularly updated, and constantly advised tweaks to the marketing campaign until a sale was achieved. We were very happy with the sale.

We engaged Veronica and team to sell our apartment in Matraville in August/September 2025. Veronica, Tina Caroll and Ben Gregory-Aylett worked really hard to get us the best price, in a challenging market, with competing properties for sale which were advertised much lower than ours. We are grateful to have sold our home for a good price and we are happy for the new owners to move into a wonderful apartment with stunning views. After a slow start, Ben Gregory-Aylett took over the lead of the campaign, optimised advertising and worked super hard to engage with potential buyers. Ben's communication is phenomenal, always taking the time to update us after inspections, after conversations with potential buyers, after developments in the market. I would recommend anyone to work with Ben Gregory-Aylett as he is highly professional, works with high integrity, honesty and transparency - and delivers solid outcomes.

Sam was very professional, but most importantly i felt he was very honest which is important when working with money and your livelihood. When looking for property you dont often find an authentic real estate agent, but Sam is the real deal, keeping his humanity in his work as a real estate agent.

Veronica and team were great to deal with from the word go, with lots of renovation coordination while I was overseas. They were excellent during the sale process and kept me informed the whole way through the process. Would definitely recommend.

I recently bought my very first home with the help of Chad Hancock from PRD Real Estate, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From start to finish, Chad was absolutely lovely thoughtful, patient, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. As a first-home buyer, I had so many questions, but Chad took the time to walk me through everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Thank you

Sam is very professional and kept me up to date at all times via text messages and telephone calls. Even when I was worried that I would not able to get a sale on my unit, Sam worked his magic and was able to get me an excellent price. I can not recommend him more highly. Thank you for all your hard work and long hours you put in for the sale.
