I met Tina at a viewing for a place that I liked and eventually put an offer on. I wasn't able to meet the Sellers desired price and had to let it go. Tina reached out to me not long after with other options and updates on the current market trends for the area I was looking at. She eventually brought to my attention a place about to go on the market that was perfectly in my budget. I wasn't keen on it at first as it didn't have some features I was originally wanted but I did decide to take a look at it after all. Tina didn't push me towards it but she didn't need to, it met my basic requirements for what I was looking for (location, natural light and, the always important, good bones!). I was unexpectedly impressed despite it missing the features that made me hesitant to go for it in the first place (but lets be honest every place that had the features I wanted were out of my budget for the area). I put in an offer at the private viewing and am currently going through settlement. It wasn't what I was expecting to find, but I consider it a geode now, unassuming on the outside but beautiful within. Tina was great with her communication, advice and timing throughout my experience working with her and went above and beyond helping me find and purchase my first property.
