Andy advised the family honestly in relation to current market trends and kept up to speed on changes in Govt policy and how this may effect the marketplace. He advised us on strategies in relation to price setting and selling but we never felt at all compelled to do anything we weren’t comfortable with. I am sure his easygoing professionalism secured the sale for us in what was a difficult marketplace with very limited interest in our price range.

Ryan was amazing, I rang him about selling my mum's house and he came the next day. He was knowledgeable and super professional and as this was the first time I had sold a home I could not believe how he did everything to take the weight off my shoulders while I was struggling to cope with an elderly parent. He rang me constantly to explain each day what was happening and what was next. Once the house was listed he had it sold in five hours after negotiating to get me the best price. You honestly couldn't have asked for anyone more reliable and competent to sell your property. I had found Ryan's flyer in my Mum's letter box when I was there cleaning the property, giving him a ring was the best thing I have done. Would I recommend him - MOST DEFINITELY 😁😁😁😁 Awesome job Ryan I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
