Knowledgeable, responsive and straightforward to deal with
I dealt with Andrew on a recent purchase and found him genuinely good to work with. His market knowledge stood out. He knew the area well and could speak to comparable sales and local demand without having to check and get back to me, which made the conversations far more useful than the usual back and forth. Communication was consistent throughout. He returned calls promptly, kept me updated as things progressed, and was upfront when there was nothing new to report rather than going quiet. On the negotiation side, he was firm for his vendor but reasonable, and importantly, straight with me about where things stood. There were no games or manufactured urgency, which I appreciated. Overall, professional, easy to deal with, and I'd have no hesitation dealing with him again.

Incredible communicator with the upmost respect and care for his clientele
Andrew and the process of selling my house so seem less! I had previous interactions with him a few years ago when I was contemplating selling earlier and knew from then that there wasn’t anyone else I’d want to be working with to sell my house. From the first phone call, Andrew was very open and honest about the process of selling and the current market state, all the decisions I was able to make were very supported by Andrew. He was very easy to talk to and ensured that I was informed about every step of the selling process. He made everything so stress free and I’m so grateful. I’m still shocked at how quick the whole process happened, and Andrew was there keeping me updated the entire time If I was in the market to buy or sell again I’d definitely be consulting with Andrew again
