I decided to sell my house and called McGrath Central Tablelands to ask about how they do business. I had already been renting out my home through another realtor in the area, however I did not like their method of selling (which was by online auctions). Thankfully, McGrath couldn’t be more different than the agency that I was using for the tenancy. I was very impressed with Callum from McGrath from the start. He was clearly professional, well presented, helpful, and honest. He was on board for a private treaty sale, and I quickly switched over to McGrath for the sale of my property. Callum has been communicative, resourceful, and acted with integrity throughout. He was not pushy, he always seemed to have my back, and went out of his way for me. His partner Adam has also been very helpful, and I have appreciated all of their work. I think that McGrath represent their clients very well, and act with the clients best interest at heart. If I was selling again in the area, they are the ones I would go to.
