To say we were extremely impressed with Adam and his team at McGrath Mudge, in the successful sale of our home, would be a great understatement. We found Adam very easy to deal with. His easy going and calm persona made us very comfortable with enlisting Adam and his team to handle the sale of our family home. From the regular market updates over the preceeding 12 months leading up to listing our property for sale, to the extremely successful result, our dealings with Adam were very satisfying. We found Adam very knowledgeable with the local market, knew exactly where our property sat, both price wise and more importantly, demand wise. This expert knowledge and advice, enabled us to determine when to best market our property. Adam always returned calls and promptly answered any queries we had in relation to our property. What struck us the most was the ease and professionalism shown by Adam and his team on the day of listing our home for sale. Everyone (and there was quite a few of Adam's team plus others who support the listing of a property, on site that day) went about their job with little fuss and we never felt overwhelmed by it at all. The fact so many of his team were on site that day, is testament to how serious Adam and his McGrath Mudgee team, take in working to achieve the best outcome for their client. This is something we have not experienced in the past. Adam managed the negotiation part of the sale very well. This, along with Adam's expert advice during this process, made us very comfortable with the whole sale process, which resulted in an impressive result. In summary, we believe that all of the above contributed greatly to the impressive sale price we obtained for our home which was well above expectations. We cannot recommend Adam and his McGrath Mudgee team high enough, to anyone who intends to sell their property.
