Adam is the principle of McGrath Mudgee and has a team of people working for him. I found Adam very easy to deal with and quick to respond to my contacts, however I had a number of issues with other people in the agency - no photos of the interior of the house for some months, people given unsupervised access to my home, gates left open while livestock on the property, incorrect advise on what I was entitled to take from the property after exchange, money not deposited promptly (despite being given my bank account details in writing a month before settlement).

Even though our property is a little older and with a few more little wrinkles than some, with the challenge of stairs, and only half fenced, but like a teenager inside, it took a little while to find the people who loved it as much as we did and who had the finance.
