There was quite a lot of issues left by the previous tenants and the Jayde and Jemma did everything in their power to get everything sorted efficiently to allow my kids and I to move in as soon as possible. The communication was on going and timely.

My experience with our Property Manager Stacey Cunningham is fantastic! Stacey provides outstanding professional service. Quick replies to emails and always offers assistance whenever an issue has arisen. Communication and any mediation with tenants and strata management is refreshingly easy. Inspection reports are informative and maintenance issues are reported and after approval from us, repairs are organised when needed. Recently, Stacey encouraged us to test the market at a slightly higher rental price than what we first thought, to our delight a good quality tenant was secured reasonably quickly at the higher rate! I would most certainly recommend Stacey as a reliable, trustworthy Property Manager.

Stephanie has been amazing as our property manager, she responds promptly and professionally, she communicates well and answers all my concerns with all the relevant information! Professionals in general have been a huge help with finding the perfect rental for us, when visiting for inspections they always supplied the best and most accurate information about the property and were always so helpful in making sure we find the best property for us.
