Alvin would contact us after each home open to provide attendance numbers and feedback from potential buyers. It became evident that people were confused with a use for an upstairs space. Alvin received a special offer for staging which he forwarded on to us; with no pressure to accept. We had the room staged, and after that very next home open we were under offer and sold. In all honesty, this review headline says it all. Lee-Anne was very knowledgeable with regards to the selling process and the the best ways to maximise selling value within our house. She was always very complimentary on improvements and inclusions that happened and made special mention of these within the house information or when talking to prospective buyers. We were thrilled with the review she wrote for our house. It was all her own words and came from actually talking to us about how we felt and where we were at as a family. Lee-Anne made us feel like a close friend. While she was highly professional, she also spoke on your (our) "level" and made the potentially harder questions easy to answer and, more importantly, understand. It seemed as though nothing was too hard for her when trying to accommodate both us as sellers or the buyers. She always passed on information and queries and was quick in response to these too. This was reflective in her knowledge of not only the area, but in the general market at the time.
