Had very good experience with Alvin's help to sell the property. He gave nice and honest suggestions since the start and got the offer we are happy with. Every time when we asked him how things going on or what we need to do this stage. He replied us what we were waiting for wouldn't just ignore our call until the result came back. So the communication was nice and respectful. Will recommend to my friend. In the last week of the selling, their company's rental department got involved too then it turned as a totally different experience.
