Kip has been extremely helpful in sorting out some minor stumbling blocks. Was also very patient at this covid time when banks take 7-8 weeks to clear finance. Kip always answers the phone or rings back within 5 minutes and is always cheerful. Great customer service

We were purchasing our property (land) in order to build on it as soon as possible. During the process of designing our home and all of the meetings and time it takes to do so, it was nice to not have to worry about the purchase of the land. Grant was very efficient to work with. He only contacted us when he needed to and each interaction was easy and dealt with quickly. The beautiful gift box we received at settlement from Grant was definitely an added surprise and very much enjoyed!
