We had 3 other agents that had sold properties in our area through our house for valuations. Their price guides were all well below our expectations. Then we saw Glen marketing a property around the corner from our place. He quickly had it under offer and sold for a great price. Following that we engaged Glen, and he was a professional from start to finish. The price guides from the other agents were: from $549K, $580-$630K and high 500s. Glen got us $650K after about 30 days on market and with a fast easy settlement, we can't recommend him highly enough!!!!!

Glen was great right from the start. Very informative, great local knowledge of not only real estate, but the whole area in general having grown up in the hills. We met Lee-Anne at a home open when looking for property and were so impressed we asked her to come and give us a valuation on our house as we were planning to sell. We liked the fact that she was very friendly, open and honest so we signed her up as our agent.
