Brian and his team provided excellent service on this sale. Communication back to me was clear as I don't reside in the State that the property was located, sale was quick and the price achieved was in line with Brian's original estimation, thereby demonstrating a clear understanding of the market and the property itself. Would highly recommend Brian and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I would highly recommend Liz Jenkins from Property Central, Erina to anyone who was considering selling their property. As this was my first encounter in selling property, I was unfamiliar with the process and was therefore apprehensive about the whole experience. I found Liz Jenkins to be proficient, extremely helpful, supportive and obliging. Liz would continually follow up - keeping me updated with the progress, as a result this made my experience in selling my property less stressful. I found myself not worrying about whether or not enough was being done to promote the sale of my property as I knew Liz was diligent and doing her utmost to look after her clients. I found Liz to be reliable and committed to delivering a positive outcome.

Liz was very prompt and available to help me throughout the entire process. I have very little time during business hours and Liz was excellent about calling within the very narrow timespans I can actually answer my phone, something no one else I needed to communicate with during the process of buying this house was able to do.

Len from Property Central recently sold our Terrigal house, and we were absolutely blown away by his enthusiasm, professionalism and integrity from start to finish. Having had less than ideal experiences with several real estate agents both on the central coast and in Sydney, Len was an absolute breath of fresh air and a credit to his industry. He delivered exactly when he promised from beginning to end, from the moment he valued our property to the moment it sold, keeping us informed of his progress the entire way. Len exceeded our expectation on both the sale price and his service, and we wouldn't consider using any other agent in future. We can't recommend Len highly enough. Andrew

Recently we put our house on the market with Len Rosemeyer from Property Central. Lennie was an absolute gem, with his extremely professional manner, expertise and negotiating skills our house sold within two weeks at a price above our expectations. We hold Lennie in high regard for his honesty and commitment shown to us throughout the process, and cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone needing a SUPERB real estate agent...........Thanks Len,

Chantel was an absolute marvel on guiding us through the sale process, framing the conditions of sale, styling the apartment and right down to the timing of open house inspections. Her feedback was prompt after every open house and her assessment of potential clients was accurate, which we appreciated very much. Chantel had a wonderful history and knowledge of the local area and beach in particular and could advise clients of the wonderful benefits that befall the potential new owners. I would recommend Chantel very highly as the only person that one should engage to sell their home on the Central Coast

I spoke with 3 Agents in regard to selling my property and from the 1st time I met with Liz, I felt most comfortable with her and could tell from her passion and knowledge that she was the one to go with. My property sold in record time (before even going on the market) for a price that I was thrilled with. Liz kept me informed throughout the whole process and always had time for me. As long as I am buying or selling property on the Central Coast, I will always go with Liz. I couldn't recommend her and her colleagues at Property Central more highly! Thank you Liz!!

The purchase was smooth and hassle free. James' had a good knowledge of what we were looking for. Highly recommend James as an agent.
James Keelan
I set James some very specific guidelines regarding the sale of the property. I asked him to back his ability as a professional real estate agent. He did all this and achieved the result I was after with 1 open house.
James Keelan
I wish to extend our sincere thanks and gratitude to James Keelan from Property Central. From our first meeting with James we knew we had found the person to sell our home. James took the time to show and explain current market trends, explained the process of selling easily and simply, and allowed us to work to our time line. During the open house and subsequent negotiation phase, we were kept up-to-date throughout, and never felt pressured to accept a price lower than what we wanted. The fact that our house sold within 7 hours of the open house was testament to James and his hard work in securing the sale. My family and I can’t thank James enough for the time, effort and expertise that was put into selling our home and getting the amazing price that it did. I highly recommend James to anyone thinking of selling their home. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Chris & Alissa Botfield
