I’ve actually lost count of the amount of times we have worked with Chantel to buy or sell property. I think we are up to 8! Every time we have interacted with her it has been such a positive experience with minimum stress and maximum results! We have complete trust in Chantel and value her honesty and work ethic. With our latest sale she was relentless in finding the perfect buyer, working through the holidays and keeping us informed while we were interstate. We sold our house in a matter of weeks at a record price for our street. Couldn’t be happier!

Liz has the highest rating out of all agents on the Central Coast for selling houses, which is why I chose her to sell our house a couple of months ago. In a tough and declining market, Liz worked tirelessly from Day 1 - suggesting ideas and organising quality tradesmen for getting the property on the market to being very communicative throughout the entire process to selling our property with no settlement hassles. If she said she would follow up on something, it was done promptly. Liz is personable, friendly and honest and does her best in acting on behalf of her clients. If I was to buy or sell another house on the Central Coast, I would not look any further than Liz to act on my behalf again. Thank you, Liz!

An incredible agent, totally dedicated to getting us the best result. Amazing local knowledge and the follow up was faultless. We are selling another property soon and will use Brian for our next sale. If selling in our area you are mad not to use Brian and Danielle.

From the beginning of our listing till the final settlement during a slower market, Brian remained positive and upbeat. He provided regular feedback to us and communicated clearly. Brian is dedicated to his family which results in an agent who understands other families with their trials and tribulations. I would recommend Brian as an agent.

She is knowledgeable and experienced in the business. We were so glad to have her as our agent, especially at this very challenging and exciting time.

From our first meeting with James, he was fully attentive, caring and very supportive with helping us on this more than big journey, one that we had no idea about. He never gave up on us and along with his hard working and honest attitude, he got us over the line! We can't thank James enough and we will recommend him with high praises. He is extended family to us.

From our first meeting I found Chantel very approachable and personable. She was professional in all dealings and with the information provided. When deciding this would be the home, Chantel guidance was invaluable. The process was made easy as Chantel kept us informed every step of the way, nothing was ever a problem , handling every question without hesitation making the whole process a far better experience than I had hoped for. During this time getting to know Chantel on a personal level, found her to be most delightful, honest confident young lady whom I would highly recommend to anyone, she is amazing. Thank you Chantel.
