We arranged a private viewing with James for the property. This was a none to hard task for James and made the begining of our first house journey very easy. Same day we placed an offer which was negotiated and finally accepted. The entire process with James was fantastic. James was replaced by a temp while he was on annual leave who quite simply was clueless about her product. Needless to say we were glad upon James' return and were not disappointed. James was easy to communicate with and endeavoured to fulfill our requests as promptly as he could. The entire process with James was seemless and would highly recommend his abilities.

Brian was very helpful and accomodating with the purchase of our house. He kept us informed about what was happening the whole time.

Brian has been instrumental in our buying and selling journey. Brian goes above and beyond what is expected of a negotiator in the tough environment of real estate. It's been very clear that he strives to achieve the best and fairest outcome for all involved. He stuck by us through thick and thin until our house of 9 years sold, and helped find this amazing property that suits our current family needs. Brian also has an amazing support network of industry professionals, which helps ease the pressure of the entire process. I would highly recommend Brian Milson to anyone who is either looking to buy or sell real estate. Sharon Ross

I oringnally listed my property with raine & Horne signed a contract initially for seven weeks Which they agreed too ended up leaving the property with them for full 90 days being a standard contract I had every excuse thrown at me like the lounge room too small too many stairs bedrooms too small finally had a bullshit offer of $600 000 i was told too take that offer which was a very reasonable offer too take I ended up cutting ties at that point taking on property central agents liz and Jodie they sold the property on the first showing and I got $35000 more than the other agent in which I think was a piss poor performance well done the the team a property central you guys allowed us too move on to bigger and better pastures

Having worked with Brian in a professional capacity for many years in the past, I had no hesitation in approaching him when the time came to sell on our family home of 28 years. He was very caring and understanding of my extreme work schedule and the emotional attachment we had to our home. He was able to overcome the many difficulties that presented themselves during the market period. I would highly recommend him as an agent that will do the best that is possible in a fluctuating market. Karen Amies SCDIS Construction Commercial Cleaning Matainence Services

Brian help us both purchase and sell the same property and in both cases he was very effective. Brian doesn't waste time trying to 'sell' you - he's transparent and tells you how it is. I knew exactly what Brian's week to week plans were on managing my property sale and he does what he says he will do. I liked how Brian has focused on developing deep market knowledge in a select few suburbs rather than spreading himself thin everywhere. This meant I was confident in Brian's understanding of my property suburb, and he knew what levers to pull to get the right results. Thanks for your help, Brian.

Brian was a very helpful agent, obviously negotiating hard for his client but also with a desire to see us, the buyers understood all the process and even helped out when there were some issues with the deposit. He is very understanding. In fact when we were going through the process of looking for a new property, the agency Brian works for Property Central, were very helpful in showing us properties.
