I oringnally listed my property with raine & Horne signed a contract initially for seven weeks Which they agreed too ended up leaving the property with them for full 90 days being a standard contract I had every excuse thrown at me like the lounge room too small too many stairs bedrooms too small finally had a bullshit offer of $600 000 i was told too take that offer which was a very reasonable offer too take I ended up cutting ties at that point taking on property central agents liz and Jodie they sold the property on the first showing and I got $35000 more than the other agent in which I think was a piss poor performance well done the the team a property central you guys allowed us too move on to bigger and better pastures
