Sales Outcome
From the outset, Chantel was confident our property would sell and we would achieve our preferred result. During the course of the campaign, she was acceptable to our input and also provided feedback when we sought it. Her manner an personality is well suited to her profession. At the time of final negotiations we found her to be very clear and consistent.

Excellent service - highly recommend
On first impression Chantal was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable not only about the area however also regarding the property. Leading up to the purchase she was proactive and efficient and really help me get the property over the line. I would consider Chantal expertise and service second to none – if or when the opportunity comes to sell I would certainly use Chantal and would recommend her to family and friends. Really knows his stuff
Brian is a pleasure to deal with and understands the market and his role in the process. Unfortunately we previously engaged another agent to market out property which was a big mistake. We eventually sacked that agent as all they were trying to do was lower the price after multiple major mistakes by them. Brian listened, gave good advice and got the deal done with all parties happy with the outcome.
