Fantastic agent!
Liz will really extend herself to look after your needs and gives great advice on what to do in preparation for putting your home on the market (cosmetic renovations, landscaping, styling etc). She is a fantastic communicator and follows up with regular phone calls, texts or emails with feedback/questions re: buyer interest and comments. She makes suggestions as to how you can react to positive or negative remakes and what action you can take to improve presentation, perception etc. I would recommend Liz and Property Central for their fantastic level of customer service and professionalism. Selling or buying a home is a stressful process at times and Liz was great at reassuring us along the way and easing the pressure....
