Brian was a great agent from the beginning. He gave us information on upcoming properties and ensured we could arrange inspections around our work schedules. He was clear and helpful throughout the home buying process which was great as first home buyers. Brian was always a phone call away and happy to answer any questions we had. Would recommend Brian to anyone.

Liz Jenkins certainly went above and beyond to attain a record sale price for our home. The sale was completed within three days and is a testament to how diligently she takes her role in the selling of a property. Her infectious, happy manner made it a pleasure to deal with her during this time. I can't recommend Liz more highly and appreciate her efforts during what could have been a stressful time for us,but because of her professionalism we made it through stress free. Many thanks Liz!

No other Agent comes close. The Sales Negotiator - puts all other Salespeople to shame. Brian really does work for his Vendors, quite simply, if you do not engage Brian as your sales Agent, than you are selling yourself SHORT!

James managed to achieve a good result for us considering he took over the marketing from another agent who couldn't.

Our experience with Brian was very positive from the initial open house through to settlement. Numerous times Brian went well above and beyond to work with us and to ensure a smooth transition into our new home. We wouldn't have been able to do it without his personal attention to our purchase and the extra time and energy he put in. We would easily recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home!

Liz will really extend herself to look after your needs and gives great advice on what to do in preparation for putting your home on the market (cosmetic renovations, landscaping, styling etc). She is a fantastic communicator and follows up with regular phone calls, texts or emails with feedback/questions re: buyer interest and comments. She makes suggestions as to how you can react to positive or negative remakes and what action you can take to improve presentation, perception etc. I would recommend Liz and Property Central for their fantastic level of customer service and professionalism. Selling or buying a home is a stressful process at times and Liz was great at reassuring us along the way and easing the pressure....
