Liz enabled us to quickly finalize a realistic offer that the vendor accepted avoiding the horror stories of never-ending negotiations over weeks. She has steered the completion quickly and efficiently even negotiating the nightmares of Easter dropping right in the middle of the cooling off period.

It was great experience work with Brian: honest, reliable always on time! The realestate agent you can trust!

We spoke to 4 different agents and Brian was the most credible and experienced by a long way. He has an excellent understanding of the market, who the potential buyers are, how to present for sale and how to negotiate for an excellent price. He was also very practical and helpful - arranging handymen and painters to do some touch ups, arranging furniture to show, etc. There was no other agent who was as enthusiastic and committed as Brian, and it showed in our results!

We purchased our first property through Brian and he was so helpful and informative throughout the whole process. I really appreciated that Brian kept us updated from start to finish and he always made himself available to answer our queries and assist us wherever we could. Brian helped make a quite stressful process run smoothly and seamlessly and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Brian should I need his assistance again.

James made selling our home easy and stress free. He had excellent market knowledge and gave us valuable advise on what we could improve to get the best price possible. James sold our house after one open house for the price we wanted. James communicated extremely well throughout the process and kept us up to date with buyer interest and feedback. We couldn't have asked for a better agent to sell our home. We would definitely recommend James to anyone looking to sell their home. Thanks James!

nice but fair agent definitely would use him again if we sell!

Being away overseas during the selling of my house meant that it was very important for me to find an agent who's trust-worthy and not afraid to do a bit of extra leg work. James fit the bill perfectly and I'm very happy with the end result. I'd recommend James to anyone who wants minimal stress selling their homes

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommended Brian. Having relocated from Perth, we were completely unfamiliar with the process of purchasing a property in NSW. Brian was very open and honest. He arranged a private viewing of properties late on a Saturday afternoon / evening. Brian went out of his way to help with contracts and paperwork and continues to stay in touch as we move towards settlement.

Brian sold our house in Lisarow after being advertised for only a day. We had a price in mind, not really expecting to achieve it, however Brian delivered and then some. He is so much more than a Real Estate Agent going over and above in order to make us feel at ease during the process, keeping us informed every step of the way and making this whole experience less stressful. Would we recommend Brian? Absolutely 200%. Wayne & Jen
