James and Jacob are great communicators... Not only giving us information about the properties available in the area... But they quickly understood exactly what we wanted. They are super friendly and went out of their way to answer all of our questions, even down to finding out the size of the fridge space , which I had failed to note down when we inspected. They have also been very patient as we kept returning with even more questions. We never felt rushed by then even when I know they had a lot of inspections to conduct. I wish everyone was as nice .

I live overseas. Carol and the team at RH have expertly managed my two Sydney CBD investment apartments continuously for more than 15 years and will continue to do so for as long as I own one or both of the apartments. I would describe the services I have received as always efficient, attentive and empathetic to me and my needs. I receive self-explanatory monthly statements and annual statements for tax purposes (which have never once been queried by my tax agent or the ATO). Elena, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of the apartments, is extremely responsive (usually within minutes) to any queries I have. Her advice about occasional problems that arise is always accompanied by recommendations, which are inevitably correct and accepted by me. In terms of finding new tenants, James (who is responsible for new business) has just recently found a new tenant for one of the apartments for an excellent rent. It took just one week from initial advertising to a new tenant signing a lease, an excellent outcome. For these reasons, I wholeheartedly recommend RH and their property management services.
